I had the WORST experience with this site and their customer service. I paid extra to have my merchandise delivered in 10 days or less and I received my merch 7 weeks later. That isn’t even the problem. The problem is that the rep, even to this day, WILL NOT provide me with the carrier information so that I may deal directly with them about getting my money refunded for the express fee. The rep even went as far as insulting me through email for being upset that she ignored my request every single time. Super unhelpful and super unprofessional. Although the merchandise was amazing, the experience alone will cause me to just shop on Amazon or Etsy. But again... to add some positivity to this review the Merchandise is top quality!!!

It’s very comfortable, and practical. I can wear it at home or out with friends. It’s funny seeing people try to figure out the meaning of the “misspelled” words but my fellow Armys that understand always give me compliments. The quality of the sweatshirt itself is awesome, it’s thick enough to wear on its own and stay warm, and the white background looks super clean. I also add a leather or denim jacket sometimes on colder days and it still looks great.
