The bias rings are beautiful in design but inconsistent in quality. The Jimin ring has already had its silver shiny finish worn off to reveal a matte orangish pink metal below, and I’ve only had it one month and have only worn it a few times. The Suga ring, however, is a lot thicker, is a darker gunmetal silver tone, and has not altered at all through repeated wear. I love these rings but think the company needs quality control.

If it was not for lovely Rose BTS Army Merch - Customer Service Team with all her help I was able to receive my 2nd order first for Christmas we are still trying to locate 2 other orders
So again I sent an email to rose to thank her for all her help
If it was not for Rose and her super customer service and the help and caring nature she has given me to locate my products I would not for given a good review
If all your customer service team are like Rose you should have a wonderful team

This ring is good quality! It is a bit loose on my ring fingers but fit just perfectly on my index fingers. I LOVE ITTTTTTT!!!!!! It will rust if you wet it so make sure to take it off when you go into water❤️
