The sad thing is that the QR code does’nt work and the package was not shipped carefully so the album was a little bent and sqeezed. BUT OTHERWISE THE ALBUM IS SUPER NICE!❤️

'Map of the Soul: 7' by BTS is a fantastic album, and I love every song! They never disappoint with their music and I always enjoy everything they release.
(The shipping, however, was not great. Even though the CD box had some padding, it still arrived to my house half-smashed. Thankfully the CD, book, and other collateral were all okay. I know you guys can't control the mail service, but I thought it was worth mentioning anyway.)

It took forever to get to me for it being a pre-order, but the item itself was in good condition. I love this album!

I totally love the album itself, I think it's one of their best. It took from pre-order in Jan till April to arrive, but that was due to shipping restrictions cos of the virus, so nothing anyone could do. Was a bit disappointed in outer box, as it was a bit bashed/bent along one edge & there's an area on the front that looks & feels like it had had a sticky label on it, as the glue is still there - but I'm not one of those fans who needs things to be perfect (Joonie's character in House of Army lol!), so it's not a disaster. Pleased with the contents, tho again, a little disappointed in the resolution of the posters - I got version 2 with the Black Swan outfits & it is hard to make out the details in some of the pictures, they're very dark, whereas the publicity photos they published were a lot clearer. But overall I'm quite happy, especially as a BT21 Koya-topped pen was put in as a little free gift to say sorry for the lateness! :)

Esperaba el de color azul, y aunque no fue, no me importa, soy feliz. La música se escucha perfectamente y el contenido está intacto. Ahora estoy pensando donde poner las pegatinas :D. It finally arrived after months of waiting. This covid-19 problem made me think I wouldn't receive it but it's finally here.
I just have to add that the link the site provides to check the track is not working properly. I enter the link and put the code of my shipment and it says it doesn't exist or it can't be found. But when I use the code on my country post office site for track shippment, it shows everything I need to know. Apart from that I'm happy with my purchase.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the customer service. When I had questions, Rose tried her best to answer them and gave me updates on my order, and it was just an overall wonderful experience. I haven't got it yet but, I ordered it around January 8, and it still hasn't came yet. They have not sent me my track order number either. I used my moms credit card to buy the album and she told me that they did charge her for it, so I just want to know when it is coming because it has been 10 days since the album has been released.
