Overall liked it. The inside box was damaged in shipping so some of the items and fallen out loose. But all seem to be OK. Unfortunately the book and items that came with it were all written in Chinese without any English translation. I don’t have a way to read what is in the book that came. Also the CD does not play there is nothing on the CD that I received. I think when ordering gave option to choose and I did choose US and English. But that must’ve been strictly for shipping since all of the items in the box - everything is written in Chinese. But overall most of the items were in good shape.

We purchased this BTS gift box for our daughter who celebrated her birthday recently! I was worried it wasn’t going to arrive on time but Rose (ARMY Employee) assured me it was on its way and kept me up to date on its journey to Canada!! It is a great collectible! The spine on one corner of the inside box had a small tear and there was a small dent on the cover but it is all good! It is in the special bag that comes with it and on display in my library cabinet! :)

Bought this for my beautiful granddaughter who is Army. It arrived in 3 weeks which is incredible as we thought it would take longer..She lives in a different state so when the box arrived she FaceTimed me and she showed me all the items..she was absolutely delighted with everything and told me how she was going to decorate her room

The whole box is awesome! Its actually much bigger than I expected it to be, like the size of a magazine! There's so much I was not disappointed, but happily overwhelmed lol.
Only issue is the two card-sized stickers were blurry. Some of the posters (which is actually magazine sized glossy thin paper), 3 were blurry or pixelated.
